Indefinite hunger strike mars the ad-hoc employees under DGHC

New Delhi:After Darjeeling and Kolkatta , now the employees of DGHC working at Gorkha welfare Centre under the banner of Janmukti Asthai Karmachari Sanstha are on the spree to show their resentment and lackdaisical attitude of Bengal government towards the DGHC employees.

Janmukti asthai karmachari sanstha an organization of casual DGHC employees headquartered at Darjeeling , has been vehemently protesting against the Bengal Govt. for not regularization the ad-hoc employees since the last 12 years as per the gazette recruitment rule notification of the DGHC 1997, Group C and Group D.

An indefinite strike has been announced by Janmukti Assthai Karmachari Sanstha to press the demand fro regularisation of their jobs, which has been supported by Gorkha jana Mukti morcha -a political organization from Darjeeling hills

Slogans like “Hame Nyay Do” and “Bangal sarkar jawab Do” echoed within the premises of Gorkha welfare centre, New Delhi popularly known as Gorkha Bhawan.Members of Gorkha Janmukti Morcha Delhi and NCR Unit were also present to show their gratitude towards the Cause of deprived employees.
